Release notes

The Enterprise Version 1.5.2 of the meetingRoom app is a significant combination of many features into a single build. It’s intended for general release to enterprise customers.

The back end server infrastructure has been hardened from a security perspective. A roadmap is in place to continue that securing of customer assets.

You should check out the announcement we made last month to make sure you’ve seen everything in this release.

Features update

Encrypted Customer Data

Encrypted customer data. All customer data objects are encrypted on upload. This includes but is not limited to:

• documents
• images
• 3D models
• whiteboard images
• sticky note text
• sticky note images

Dashboard Upload

Before and after meetings, the dashboard (enterprise.meetingRoom.io) now allows for upload and download of data to the rooms.

We now support multiple document upload is now on document viewer while in room.

After you hold a meeting, whiteboard images can be downloaded, for saving or distribution. Prior to meetings, images can also be uploaded to the whiteboard. After you hold a meeting, sticky note images and text can be downloaded.

Document Viewer

During a meeting, you are now able to upload and switch between multiple PDF documents.

Sticky Notes

We now provide multiple sizes and colours of sticky notes that can be layered. At the end of a meeting, you can save your wall as an image or text file for download through the dashboard post-meeting.

Item Loading

Loading items is via the web-based portal (enterprise.meetingroom.io).

Rooms

Last month we announced new room types in this post. We now have multi-room capability 3 room types available to start. Many room styles are now available for meetings.

• Collaboration room
• 360° image room
• 3D model room

Custom room design is available, once you have checked in.

Known Issues

It is possible to click the buttons under the sticky notes on the collaboration wall whilst using the keyboard.

Compatibility

Version 1.5.2 is not backwards compatible with previous version and so all devices must be upgraded to Version 1.5.2 to be able to participate in meetings.
