How to access the Ready Player Me creator from within meetingRoom?

You’ll create a Ready Player Me avatar – a virtual representation –  before you attend your first session. You may update your avatar at any time. It’s important to pick the right avatar for you so that your experience is fun and engaging.

On your desktop, go to the dashboard, click on settings in the top right corner of your screen. Scroll down to avatar information, and click on the “Click here to get an avatar” button. This will open a new tab or window, and bring you the meetingRoom Ready Player Me avatar integration. Please note, if on your company network, the creator might not have been listed yet. If you are blocked via the company network, you will still be able to set up. All you need to do is create from a different connection such as your home network, or using a mobile hotspot.
