Downloading and installing meetingRoom is easy on any platform. In fact, you can download meetingRoom in a matter of minutes from the download page.

meetingRoom on VR devices

Oculus Quest 2

You can download meetingRoom and install the Oculus version of the app from the Oculus App Lab. You may use this with your consumer Oculus Quest 2 device.

We can provide an .APK file for use with Oculus for Business, ManageXR or MDM system. Get in touch and we can share the file.

Please keep in mind meetingRoom does not run on the Quest generation 1 anymore.

Please Note

You’ll need to have a VR headset to take part in the best meetingRoom experience. If you don’t have one, now might be a time for you to consider getting one; it is not an expensive buy in 2022!

Once you have installed and logged in, you can start using meetingRoom immediately. Following the initial setup, you will go to the login screen. After entering your login details, you will be able to use meetingRoom from any of your devices. Don’t forget to set up your avatar before you jump into your first session!
